LOS ANGELES / April 25, 2024 -- Following a five-month long trial in which a Los Angeles jury awarded $10 billion in damages against Haresh Jogani, today the Los Angeles Superior Court, Judge Susan Bryant-Deason presiding, added another $428 million in prejudgment interest to the award. The award was already identified as one of the largest verdicts in Los Angeles County history, and a top 10 verdict in the United States in 2024.
